1. GENERAL TERMS

  • All drawings / paintings may include a subtle signature that you may not remove.

  • All drawings / paintings may include a signature on the back that you may not remove.

2. PAYMENT

  • Currency accepted in USD and can be paid through the Squarespace platform. We currently accept all major credit cards.

  • Paintings or drawings must be paid in full and will not be shipped until final payment is received.

  • No refunds allowed.

3. PROCESS AND DELIVERY

  • Original Artwork
    Your order is a physical product that will be shipped unframed and unmatted. Each peice will be carefully wrapped with glassine and secured in between two foam boards to prevent smudging. I highly recommend taking your piece to a professional to ensure your artwork will be properly framed.

  • Artwork Prints
    Your order is a physical product that will be shipped from a third-party. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate.

  • Various Printed Products from Online Store
    Your order is a physical product that will be shipped from a third-party. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate.

5. COPYRIGHT / USAGE POLICY

I, Cate Coffelt, claim the rights to the produced drawing / painting, not the buyer.

The buyer is NOT allowed to:

  • Use the artwork to promote themselves.

  • Use the artwork in monetized videos or any social media platform, as long as the artwork itself is not the main subject for the earnings.

The following is considered copyright infringement:

  • Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially - means making money off it in any way.

  • Claiming the artwork as your own

  • Removing my signature from the artwork

  • Altering the artwork without my consent

  • I reserve the full rights to the image and it's use/distribution unless otherwise agreed upon (rights to the image for your own non-personal use may be purchased at any time).

6. CUSTOMER SATISFACTION

  • I will do what I can to make my customers happy!

7. REFUND / CANCELLATION POLICY

  • No Refunds allowed
