Cate is a soft pastel artist who paints landscapes, seascapes and animal portraits.
She reignited her passion for art after moving out of her home state just a couple of years ago.
She remembers her love for art as a child and her artwork being displayed in the halls of her junior high school.
Cate is extremely grateful to have her current work accepted into both the Iowa and Southern California’s pastel society juried shows for 2025.
She feels creativity is so important for one’s soul and can be used as tool for healing.
